Supervisor Roles
Responsible for overseeing and developing the day camp program, as well as campers and staff. Supervisors are also responsible for clear communication with camper families. |
Responsible for overseeing and developing the rez camp program, as well as campers and staff. Supervisors are also responsible for clear communication with camper families. |
Coordinator Roles
Responsible for leading a group of 18-45 campers in a specific age bracket for 10 weeks. Coordinators are also responsible for clear communication with camper families. |
Responsible for leading a group of 12-24 jr. high and high school campers in weekly encounter camps. |

Responsible for developing and facilitating the SAM program, as well as leading and developing (22) high school male and female SAMs (Servant At Manitoqua) |
Camp Staff Roles
Responsible for leading a group of 15-25 day campers between 1st and 8th grade in a five-day, day camping program. |

Other Leadership Roles
Responsible for shepherding both the children and staff of Camp Manitoqua and pointing them to Christ and His message of salvation through the presentation of God’s Word. This is done by developing daily chapels, weekly worship, staff growth and community experiences, and leading the staff development team. |
Responsible for fostering God-honoring musical worship for the different facets of the summer camp program. This is done by developing a network of musicians from summer staff members, sharing the vision of the music ministry, and encouraging excellence in musical worship. |
Support Staff Roles
Responsible for facilitating groups of 12-14 campers ranging from 3rd to 9th grade, in all overnight programs and day camp programs on the Adventure Zone. Adventure Zone staff also facilitates other activity areas throughout camp and other guests on the Adventure Zone. |
Responsible for creating and facilitating age-appropriate art projects and crafts for children in both the overnight and day camp programs. |

Responsible for the health and safety of all campers, staff, and other camp personnel including medications and first aid. |
Responsible for the summer camp program office needs. Also responsible for assisting with the registration process and overseeing the before and after camp care program. |
