Lead Cook | part-time
This role ensures that all kitchen operations such as cooking, food preparation, supplies inventory, and staff management are handled with precision and care. These people are not only cooking but also managing other employees during a specific shift. Technical skills such as previous kitchen experience and food sanitation are preferred. The position of a lead cook requires one to possess knowledge of what this job entails. Summer Lifeguard | seasonal part-time
Primary responsibilities for lifeguards are to ensure that all operations within the Aquatic Center run smoothly and effectively. Lifeguards are responsible for supervising swim times and general pool maintenance as well as observe rafting at the pond. This position is ideal for high school students over the age of 16, have completed their American Red Cross First-Aid/CPR certification, and completed the American Red Cross Lifeguard certification*. *Camp Manitoqua is willing to reimburse lifeguards (who have completed the application and obtained a lifeguard certificate from the American Red Cross) 50% of their training fee.

Food Service Assistant | part-time (all positions filled for summer 2023)
Their primary responsibilities include preparing and delivering food to retreat guests. FSAs carry out many other duties as well such as storing food, cleaning, tidying up kitchens, and ensuring that appropriate sanitization procedures are carried out.
