Year-Round Staff Roles
Whether you're looking to work on staff for just a season or throughout the year, the roles below are a great place to start. Please note, you must be 15 years of age or older to apply for these roles. Click on the picture above the description to apply for each role.
Maintenance
Do you enjoy manual labor and want to help with facilities upkeep around grounds? If so, this role is great for you. You can read the job description here.
Housekeeping
First impressions mean a lot to us at camp. If you have an eye for detail and are passionate about keeping camp looking clean, this is a great role for you. You can read the job description here.
Outdoor Education
If you enjoy helping others problem solve and have a passion for education, this role is for you. Seasonally in the Fall and Spring, you choose which programs you are available and work with schools, ministries, and community groups. You can read the job description here.
Part Time Summer Staff Roles
If you are looking to serve on our Summer Staff but are not looking for a full time role during the summer, these roles are perfect for you. Please note you must be at least 14 years of age to be a Food Service Assistant and 15 years old to be a Life Guard. Click on the picture above the description to apply for each role.
Life Guard
Maintain safety in the Aquatic Center by serving as a Lifeguard this summer. You can read the job description here.
Food Service Assistant
Serve campers and staff through food preparation and hospitality. You can read the job description here.

Full Time Summer Staff Roles
All Summer Staff roles offer housing and food throughout the summer at camp as part of your compensation, all weekends off after Orientation, a thriving community environment of believers, and endless opportunities to share the gospel. Monetary compensation starts at $398 a week. Please note, you must be 18 years of age prior to June 1, 2026 to serve in these staff roles.
