Mark Your Calendars | June 3, 2017

Community, simply put, is vital to our growth whether we want to admit it or not. Our Chicago-style winters and springs do not help in providing a convenient place for people to engage and rest with one another. In light of this, we believe that intentionality is important; times we specifically set apart to be around those we love and long to be with. Our FREE Spring into summer event aims to remedy this draining “cabin fever” we all feel during winter and spring seasons.

Throughout Spring into Summer, our grounds are open and available especially for your enjoyment and connecting with others in the surrounding community. You and/or your family will be able to eat grilled food (hamburgers, brats, and hotdogs), swim in our pool, play lots of games, go on a tour of camp, get your face painted, and simply enjoy the beautiful grounds that God has created for us!

If you are sending your child to our summer camp, all of our summer staff counselors will be available to help alleviate any anxieties you or your child might have about the upcoming program.

Blood Drive

During this event, we will be partnering with Heartland Blood Center to host a blood drive on their mobile coach. This blood drive will be held from 11:00am through 2:00pm. To sign up for a time slot, please call Leah Meskis at 815.469.2319. Walk-ins are welcome also!
